Is This You?

Who Is This For?

Who This Is For:

  • You own a US manufacturing company doing $1M or more a year.
  • Your CPA files your return in April and tells you what last year cost, with no planning while the year is still open.
  • You're adding machines, people or space and want to know the tax side of each decision before you commit.
  • Nobody has ever checked whether the work your team does on new parts or processes qualifies for the research credit.
  • You'd rather hand your books, your returns and your tax planning to one team than juggle a bookkeeper, a preparer and an advisor.
  • You're thinking about buying or selling a business in the next few years and want the deal built for what you keep after tax.

This Is Not For:

  • Employees and individuals who only need help with a personal return.
  • Companies doing under $1M a year.
  • Owners who only want a one-time return filed or drop-in bookkeeping.
  • Anyone chasing a quick win this year that costs more over the next two.

100% Done-For-You

Here's Everything We Do For You

Here's how Amy and her team run the tax and finance side of a manufacturing company, every month of the year.

We Start With Your Numbers

We go through your books, your last return and your goals first, and find what you're leaving on the table before we change anything.

We Find And Document Your Credits

We identify, document and claim the credits that routinely go unclaimed, including the federal research credit for work that develops or improves a product or a process in your shop.

We Time Your Equipment Write-Offs

We match equipment and depreciation to your cash and to where your income is heading, and make sure a new machine is actually running by December 31, not just ordered.

We Set Your Pay And Structure

We set the right entity and owner pay for how your company actually runs, and make the state elections that fit, so every move is weighed across several years.

We Model Every Big Decision

Before you commit to a machine, an expansion, a hire or new debt, we model what it does to your cash and your tax bill, and we handle job costing, inventory and cost of goods.

We Keep Your Books And File

Our team keeps your books clean every month and prepares your federal, state and local returns, so filing in April confirms the result instead of revealing it.

Still On The Fence?

Frequently Asked Questions

We don't have a lab. Can the research credit still apply to us?+
It can. The federal research credit is written around developing or improving a product, a process, a technique, a formula or software, and it has a special rule for production processes. Whether your work qualifies depends on the details and it has to be documented properly, so we look at what your people actually did and put together the support behind the claim.
My CPA says to buy equipment before December. Isn't that the plan?+
It isn't always wrong, but it skips two things. The machine has to be in use by December 31, not just ordered or paid for. And a huge deduction taken in a year when your income is lower than it's going to be is partly wasted, so we work out whether this year, next year or a split makes the most sense.
Why would you keep my books and file my returns? I only want the planning.+
Because tax planning only works if the numbers are real while there's still time left in the year. We don't do one-time returns, drop-in bookkeeping or planning on its own. Every client works with us through an ongoing monthly relationship, with returns and clean books included.
What does it cost?+
Every engagement is priced to its scope, so there's no price list on our site. Amy quotes the monthly fee up front on the strategy call, once she understands where your company stands.
When will I actually see the savings?+
Most of what lowers your 2026 tax bill has to be in place by December 31, so the work starts as soon as we're on board. The savings show up when your return is filed, and because the planning happened during the year, the return confirms what we already expected.
Will my company get a result like $980,098?+
Probably not, and we won't pretend otherwise. That case and the $260,218 one sit at the very top, and results depend on your facts. What every client gets is the same year-round digging for credits and deductions other accountants walk right past.
Do you work with companies outside Indiana?+
Yes. We're based in Fort Wayne, but federal tax strategy applies wherever you are, and we serve clients beyond Fort Wayne and Indiana.
What should I bring to the strategy call?+
Your most recent business return and a current profit and loss statement, plus a short list of any big purchases or hires you're planning. With those in front of her, Amy can give you a real read on your situation instead of general ideas.
One Last Step

Want To Know What Your Shop Could Keep Before December 31st?

On the strategy call, Amy looks at where your company stands today and what you're planning next. Then she shows you where she sees the biggest openings in your taxes and what we'd do about them before the year closes.
